Octopoke

Terms of Use

Last changed: 1 November 2026

When you use Octopoke, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Octopoke is a tracker

Octopoke is a tracker. It keeps a record of the plan that you get from your doctor and your medicine label. It is not a medical device.

Octopoke does not give medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment.

Estimates are not blood tests

The medicine level and other numbers in Octopoke are estimates. They are not blood tests. Do not use them to make medical decisions.

Follow your doctor and your label

  • Follow your doctor, your pharmacist and your medicine label.
  • Do not change a dose because of the app.
  • Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your dose, a missed dose and side effects.

Reminders can fail

Reminders can fail. For example, they do not come when notifications are off, when Focus stops them or when the iPhone is off. Do not rely only on Octopoke to take a dose on time.

Emergencies

In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Octopoke cannot call for help.

Octopoke is provided as is

We provide Octopoke “as is” and “as available”. We do not give a warranty of any kind, to the extent that the law permits. We do not promise that the app is free of errors or always available, or that its numbers are correct.

Limits of liability

To the extent that the law permits, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of Octopoke, or from a time when you cannot use it. This includes a missed dose, a wrong dose and a decision that you make from an estimate.

Some places do not permit these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Your data

Your data stays on your iPhone. Octopoke has no account and does not sell or share your data. The privacy policy tells you what Octopoke saves and how to delete it.

Law

The laws of the United States apply to these terms.
